I’m only on day 2 post op and already regretting it. I’ve had multiple other surgeries, this is by far the the worst! 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! 😳

8mons post op doing work hardening still acts up i have large tear and ac joint seperation grade3 no clue when im be able driving tractor and trailer again😭

I'm 7 months after surgery, still Acts up from time to time, the only thing I can recommend is when you get to therapy, and they do the stretching, push through the pain, you'll get there.
