@anastasiastacy30: CARAMELIZED BUTTERNUT SQUASH WITH CRABERRIES Truly a simple quick side dish for the holidays! Or anytime!! Tender and tasty BUTTERNUT squash... 2 1/2 lbs Butternut squash cubed 1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tabls butter cut up 1/2 cup dried cranberries 1/2 cup Marsala wine 1 tabls thick balsamic vinegar salt & pepper pinch of red pepper flakes (optional) 1/2 teas cinnamon 425° oven 1. Mix BUTTERNUT squash cubes with everything except balsamic vinegar, cranberries and Marsala wine. 2. Pour onto a baking sheet and roast for 35 minutes. Turning over the squash at the halfway mark to roast evenly. 3. Soak cranberries with wine and microwave for 2 minutes. Set aside. 4. When squash is roasted remove from oven and sprinkle drained cranberries on top. 5. Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Enjoy!! #butternutsquash #thanksgivingrecipes #fallrecipes #FoodTok #fyp
