Nizoral shampoo has really helped me. It blocks DHT too. I use it twice a week and new hairs are coming in around my hairline. It’s supposedly can be a little drying, but it hasn’t been too bad for me.

I think that pumpkin seed oil is a DHT blocker too. I am trying this actually.
