I took xans for 2 years straight and became so badly addicted to them. Well I finally quit and did go through one of the most traumatic events & withdrawals ever in my life. I feel like I went through psychosis, but I can honestly say that it was the best thing I could’ve ever done for myself! getting back sober saved me. I would probably be dead by now if I had still continued! I even got blessed enough to become a mommy and now I have a 1 year old! It gets better you just have to be willing to make a change🫶🏼

Girl, that’s the problem with addiction. Your mind makes you think that you can do it on your own. You need the structure of counseling and therapy. But I’m coming from being a drug and alcohol case manager. You need to go to inpatient for at least six months but a year or more. Opiate are the thing where you NEED inpatient treatment. It’s not bad. Go take care of yourself and get better.

Girl I’m not gonna lie but drinking a tall boy of modelo or 2 big sips helps with the withdrawals and in the morning go running !!! And just think of all the money wasted . Ans yes pray 🙏🏼 in the shower and in the sun manifest and pray. I’m currently going through this been addicted to opioids for years I’m tired I got off perc 30s cold turkey was the worst and now it’s Norc0 it’s very hard but have faith 🙏🏼

The inpatient will help, babe. In march I will be 2 years clean off fent. I’m now on MAT (subs) and it has saved my life. I too started off with perc$ because I have ankylosing spondylitis and I had two bad falls where I fractured my L5 and cracked my tailbone. The other fall I fell 6ft+ and landed on my neck and fractured my C7. The epidurals destroyed my back from both of my deliveries of my kids. I totally understand you! Please, my best advice is go to the rehab, do at least the detox process because they’ll set you up with MAT medication and an outpatient treatment center so you can get help with the mental aspect of it. Co-occurring disorders have a lot to do with self medicating and addiction itself because we don’t realize we need mental health help, especially when we are neck deep in our addiction. I’m going to keep you and your kids in my thoughts and prayers. If God brings you to it, He will take you through it. You got this, boo!! And I love you for sharing. It takes so much strength to share your truth and I commend you! God bless you now and always. And good luck to you on your new, clean journey!!!
