In fact, one thing I have noticed is just about ALL the biggest matches on Saturday no longer occur at 3 pm Saturdays in the UK.

I would never have gone to my local National League South team, became a regular, then got a season ticket, then joined the fan trust, then started volunteering, them commentated on the game, and gone on brilliant away days. I’m really grateful for this rule, because I live in the South, but support Leeds.

It’s so stupid definitely for the islands. They can’t even make it to England Premier league matches in the same day. The deal should be really relook for the little islands the Crown dependencies and British oversee Territories they don’t even have a team in the Premier league at this role is for the Premier league and the championship league I think it’s time to get rid of the 3 o’clock blackout

the youngsters dont know their born when I was growing up there was only 2 games a season shown live on TV, the FA. Cup Final and England v Scotland, only 3 games. on match of the day and 3 on the big match. you didn't what games they were. until after 3pm on a Saturday

The U.S is fully aware of the importance of lower leagues. Minor League baseball is a thing but I’d argue those teams are significantly more important to their local communities
