My favorite movie based on one of my favorite books. If I had a dollar for every time I’ve read the book or watched the movie, I’d have about $50. Karl deserves his own spin off movie.

I found the book to be brimming with compassion that was missing from the movie.

I just read this as an immersive read with the audiobook. I was amazed by the narrator and then found out it’s Blatty?! The book is so phenomenal that I watched the movie and, while it’s still amazing, it felt a little flat without all the additional nuance especially around Karrus and his doubt.

What do you think that Regan was simply listening to conversations and read the book that someone left behind in the house?
