I started looking into thyroid function when my hair started shedding more than it used to because I didn’t want to automatically blame everything on getting older or menopause. I’ve been learning more about thyroid support and ingredients like iodine, L-tyrosine, selenium, zinc, and methylated B12, and why they’re included in formulas designed to support healthy thyroid function. And that’s what caught my attention about this formula by 1 Body— it brings several of those nutrients together along with other vitamins, minerals, and botanicals specifically selected to support healthy thyroid function. So if your hairbrush is starting to look like mine did, this is one I’ve been trying and it’s definitely worth looking into. @1 Body #thyroidsupport #thyroid #thyroidsupplement #underactivethyroid #dailysupplement This is my personal experience and NOT medical advice. Talk to your doctor 👇 I’ll leave the one I’m using here.
