The reason the white is patchy is bc your setting it with powder inbetween each layer, and if you apply it in long strokes one direction itll look smoother

I used that pallet nd it def works best if u moisturize real good take off any base makeup you have on where ur tryna put the paints and warm ts up with ur finger till its smooth and not lumpy at all!

just a tip from someone with the same pallet; its oil-based paint . so before you use it, scrape some out (NOT A LOT WHERE YOU CAN SEE THE BOTTOM) and rub it on the back of ur hand. you'll see it become looser/more liquidy and thats because the oil is warming up from your body temp. now ur applying it , dont bring the brush bc thatll make it splotchy and just look messy. dab it with a beauty blender or the same brush. and the
