@tori_and_nessa: The BEST go-to brunch for Thanksgiving and Christmas! - About 10 Mini croissants (cut in chunks) - 4 eggs - 1/2 cup heavy cream - 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp honey - 1 tsp salt - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1/2 tsp onion powder - Fresh rosemary - Ham - Swiss - 1/4 cup salted butter, melted - Parsley - 1/4 cup Parmesan Evenly place the croissants in a 9x13 or 14in round baking dish. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, mustard, honey, and seasonings. Pour the mixture over the croissants. Place the cheese throughout the dish in between each piece of bread. Fold the slices of ham in quarters and place throughout as well. Bake at 350 f for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Mix the butter, parsley, and Parmesan in a bowl, then brush on top.
