Can't! My work only allows 3 personal days and I can't say "hey I'm taking this day off" I need to either be sick or take off on my 3 personal days. If I use up my personal days and my 7sick days then I'm screwed

haha not in healthcare, we are only allowed to call out 3 times a year. Plus we have to earn our PTO, we just dont get it automatically
