We're learning more about Savannah Oaks, a massive new community planned along Highway 6 between Pebble Creek and Southern Pointe. 1,266 ACRES! Here's what's planned: 🏠 Approximately 2,688 single-family homesites. 🌳 More than 285 acres of parks and green space. 🚶 Nearly 20 miles of walking and biking trails. 🛍️ About 160 acres for future businesses, restaurants, and other development. That's roughly TWICE the commercial space at Tower Point! 🏫 Land reserved for a possible future elementary school. 🌊 An existing 18-acre lake that developers plan to preserve. So when will construction begin? Developers hope to start infrastructure work in early 2027, but say the entire project could take 12 to 15 years to complete.
