INGREDIENTS Mandarin oranges, peeled Celery stalks with leaves Flour tortillas Mini chocolate chips for ghost eyes Prepared guacamole Sour Cream (in a squeezable tube) Shredded Mexican cheese Diced tomatoes Shredded lettuce White chocolate-covered pretzels Chocolate-covered popcorn Assorted chocolate candies Sliced salami or pepperoni Sliced cheese Green grapes Round crackers Plastic spiders for decoration only DIRECTIONS 1. Mandarin Pumpkins: Peel the mandarin oranges and insert a small piece of celery with leaves into the center of each orange to make a pumpkin stem. 2. Crispy Tortilla Ghosts Use a ghost-shaped cookie cutter to cut shapes from flour tortillas. Air fry or bake until lightly golden and crisp. Add mini chocolate chip eyes. (I actually used edible black icing to make the eyes and smile.) 3. Spiderweb Guacamole: Spoon prepared guacamole into a shallow bowl. squeeze sour cream over the guacamole in small concentric lines. Use a toothpick to drag lines from the center outward to create a spiderweb. 4. Top with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes and lettuce. Add plastic spiders for decoration. 5. Assemble the Board: Arrange the mandarin pumpkins, tortilla ghosts, chocolate-covered pretzels, popcorn, salami, cheese, grapes and crackers around the guacamole. Fill in the empty spaces with chocolate treats and candy. SHANNON’S SHORTCUT ❤️ Store-bought guacamole makes the spiderweb dip easy, and a ghost-shaped cookie cutter turns ordinary flour tortillas into Halloween snacks in minutes.
