so the last time I had crab, they had a 5lb special and I figured it wasn't gonna be THAT much (it was so much that the whole dining area stared at me) and I got it and I was eating crab nonstop for days lol. i even froze like 2lbs of it after it took me literally hours to shell it all. I saved all the shells for stock, but didn't realize you gotta use up the stock quick because it spoiled and stunk up my fridge so bad. I swear my house smelled for weeks!
