Sorta. You actually do vote for policy. They should also display a good character. But I'm not voting for personality, coolness, celebrity… Voting for someone to do what they promise and make changes that I believe are in alignment with our values and our best interests as individuals in this country.

Please, please, please 🙏🏽 guys I am begging you to go out and vote I would, if I could but I kept my citizenship. Every year every on forgets to vote for their country and districts. The school bo board are elected officials if your judges are elected officials, your sheriffs are elected officials. Everything that affects you on a day-to-day basis you can vote for and if you don’t, you get what you get when they start cutting things or bringing us data centers, free school for school lunches. Don’t forget your school district also has a police department. It matters that you were involved in those votes more than it matters who is president. So please vote for the community you live in and the community and life you want for yourself, your children you pay them every year what is it you want them spending your hard earned money on. I can’t vote but I still pay my taxes every year

This may be the dumbest way to vote I’ve ever heard of 🤣 of course your voting for policies. Like literally that is what you’re voting for. You don’t get to live with them or have some sort of special relationship where the two of you grab dinner and a movie once a month. They get be great people with the best intentions and still vote for policies that harm you or make reaching your goals more difficult or even impossible. Good lord what are we teaching these days.

I disagree, policy matters to me. I don't vote for someone who has the opposite values than I do.

Tell me one politician and what they did that encourages you to keep voting this way? Bc the way it seems is that at state and national level it’s the party leaders who have been deciding what happens doesn’t matter the individual much
