Update; she had a sleep over at mine last night. We had a bbq and she played with my staffy Mac all night (he normally hates other dogs). I took her to the vet this morning, she is not microchipped. No luck finding the owners on the community pages either. The council will take ownership of her today and then try to investigate and find her owners tomorrow. If her owners can’t be found, she will go up for adoption.

Sounds like from the update your staffy has given her the tick of approval and now has a new sibling. Welcome to having two fur babies 🥰

You kiss the dog, the dog is yours. You take the dog home for a sleepover, the dog is yours. Your staffy approves, the dog is yours. All signs are showing the dog is yours congratulations 🫡🫡🫡

Update; I’ve located her owner thanks to the help of someone who saw this vid (social media doing good for once 😂)… the owner is going to go and collect her from the vet… ps: I’ll follow up with the vet in the next few days and If they have a change of heart and don’t want her… I’ll take her for sure… thanks everyone for commenting and sharing
