@sanantoniobites: We absolutely loved our family stay at Hoffman Haus (my daughter was scheming up ways to stay on our last day). The property has a beautiful collection of unique accommodations, from cozy rooms and spacious suites to private homes. There’s so much character throughout the grounds, with historic buildings, lovely outdoor spaces, and plenty of peaceful spots to unwind. Plus, you’re just a short walk from Fredericksburg’s Main Street. We stayed in the Connally House, a two-story retreat with all the Hill Country charm and room our family needed. It features two spacious king bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, soaking tub, and double vanity. There’s also a well-stocked kitchen, a rock terrace, and a covered back porch. One of my favorite parts was enjoying our morning coffee from the rocking chairs on the porch.
