This is the worst and I live here. The fact they know that it’s NOT SAFE, NOT LIVABLE they still want us there because it’s safe all they want is our money. I have lived here my whole life and the fact that we are getting treated like this with limited communication.

cause why move people back into they homes knowing the oder still lingers & could possibly make people sick? “your apartment is ready for you to go home” bro we ain’t even had hot water coming thru the pipes at all since we’ve been back and we’ve been contacting the office multiple times politely & still nothing has been done smh 🤦♀️shit is not assessable for me or my family at all! worst apartments ever! you’d think for the cost of rent we’re paying we’d get some typa better reassurance but everything’s been ridiculous.

Mannn I live here the odor they didn’t really do shit at all, they just cleaned sum of the water and that’s it, left the vacuum’s to sit in our rooms and used our outlets and didn’t even really clean none, you would think they would try and really deep clean it and get rid of the odor. It just shows they don’t give one fuck about us

search woodland/ page mill. they keep channing their name for a reason. they illegally evicted people from their apartments about 10+years back so they could up the rent. the city of epa stepped in and sued but the former tenants never heard anything or received anything. they were sent to homeless shelters. they are also responsible for the death of a maintenance worker. they also bought up most of the low rent properties over there and raised the rent but never fixed anything.

it barely rained the problem was that the building Is not up to code way before this even happened. something like this was bound to happen. Its not that were not ready, the building itself Is NOT SAFE. they put machines everywhere in the bathrooms how are they supposed to shower and shit? they were doing something to the building structurally that made the roof cave in. IT HAS ASBESTOS. theyre even using the outlets in the apartments whats gonna happen to their light bills ridiculous!
