@hellovidya: Rizzle was a very unique short video platform optimized for short series and talking videos around prompts. From time to time, people ask why we wouldn't simply rebuild the original vision of Rizzle now, in 2026, when both talking videos and short series are hugely popular. But building a social media platform now is out of reach for most players. It will require billions of dollars to even take a shot at it. Even after that, any success is likely to be quashed by Meta, YouTube, and TikTok, just by the sheer strength of the distribution they have.
i'm currently building in the social consumer irl space but more so i'd say 222place or timeleft. i'd love to know what your thoughts are on that space given that i find (and we found at least) that growth is steady and easy once you have that content engine up and going. i don't think we have that content engine up and going either right now fully but we're looking to just sort of develop and smooth out the one that we have. how do you feel about that space as opposed to more traditional social consumer like you're talking about?
