🚨🇬🇭 TRUMP STEPS IN AFTER 15-YEAR-OLD GHANAIAN BOY IS SHOT DEAD IN NEW YORK — HIS MOTHER MAY FINALLY GET TO SAY GOODBYE! 💔 In a major development following the tragic killing of 15-year-old Javits Frimpong, US President Donald Trump has reportedly agreed to grant an immediate visa to the teenager's mother so she can travel from Ghana to America to attend her son's funeral. The announcement was made by New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani on Saturday after a telephone conversation with President Trump. The mayor said: "Javits Frimpong's mother deserves to say goodbye to her son in person." Think about that for a moment. A mother is thousands of miles away, mourning a child she cannot even hold one last time. Javits was shot in the abdomen while walking to school near East 171st Street and Crotona Place in the Bronx on Thursday, October 29. He later died at the hospital. His father, Thomas Frimpong, had brought him from Ghana to America about a year earlier, hoping to give him a better future. Now, the family is demanding justice. Ghana's Foreign Affairs Minister, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has also assured the family of government support and pledged to work with American authorities to pursue justice. Ghanaian officials have additionally promised assistance with the funeral arrangements. Meanwhile, police are continuing their investigation. Three teenage suspects are reportedly being sought, and no arrests had been announced as of Saturday. There are still unanswered questions surrounding the alleged bullying Javits experienced before his death and whether it had any connection to the shooting. Police have not confirmed a motive. 💔 No parent should have to travel across the world just to bury a 15-year-old child. May his mother find the strength to get through this painful moment. And may justice be served for Javits Frimpong. 🕊️ Rest in peace, young man.
