He is unreachable—he has blocked me everywhere and does not respond—and he is also unwilling to cooperate or communicate for the sake of our child. More than five years have passed, and he still has not met his child since the child were born. I am stuck dealing with administrative matters that require the father’s signature on documents concerning the child. I am also stucked in legal processes—such as the formal acknowledgment of paternity, the child’s inheritance rights, and other matters that require the father’s presence, signature, and consent. Because he refuses to cooperate, acknowledge the child, or even communicate—and has blocked me on every platform—I feel trapped, unable to move forward with the necessary paperwork and procedures for my child. As a single mother, I also worry: what happens if I pass away one day? My child has a disability and no siblings or other family—only me. As my child grows older, this could become a very vulnerable situation, given that the child only rely solely on me and have no other family. Sometimes, for the sake of our child, I consider reaching out to my avoidant ex—even though he made it clear that he did not want me or the child. I do respect that, and I respect his decision. But, again, what am I supposed to do when I am stuck in these legal processes? The laws in the country where I live—and in the country where he lives—are complicated. And what will happen to my child—who has only me as family and is entirely dependent on me—if I were to pass away? I simply wish my ex could be there for his child, but he refuses. what should i do. i am thinking about more for the thr chikds perspective because the child only has me and depepend on me, i fear one day i will pass away, leaving my child only left. what can i do with my avoidant ex, that block me everywhere and not wanting contact with me or the child, or even cooperation and parents ..
