One more thing nobody's talking about: the 1930 four-plex NEXT DOOR at 306 Main is being turned into a restaurant too. Half a million dollar renovation on file. No name public yet. Main Street is changing fast. The paperwork always shows up before the sign does. Status: filed, not approved, no opening date confirmed.
