when I was tick or treating their was kids out but not a lot after 6 I seen a hole bucket full but after we were done we went to Wendy's the truck or treat was filled

Or your area doesn't have enough kids and they aren't coming around. Trunk or treat doesn't cause that. My neighborhood doesn't get kids but the one 5 mins from me does cause it has a lot of young families and we live near a lot of older people.
