I’ve had specifically had a culinary instructor in the past who would constantly control what I was doing during a prep but going easy on others around me, micromanaged how I would wash my hands, correct me over small things on how I cut the vegetables, and threatened to send me to student services for embarrassing him in front of classmates, honestly I’ve never had any issues with actual managers at jobs compared to culinary professionals
