No, they will only make your hair thinner and look worse in the long run

just get clip ins for when you want the extra spice, but as a gym girl you’re gonna hate not being able to scrub your scalp

Butterfly wefts were always the best for me I have thin fine hair and they didn’t pull as much as other type of extensions do definitely recommend those yes sometimes it can thin your hair out but sometimes it can help your hair it’s really just trial and error type thing but for me as long as I keep them well kept they really never give me much trouble 🫰

Girl, I was wearing k tips for several years non stop since i had pixie cut and my hair grown so long and healthy and I never experienced balding or anything like that. But you need to find a Russian or Ukrainian or Eastern European hair extension professional - they have the best tiny k tips technique. It’s kinda the same thing as with manicure, they know what they doing when in comes to beauty procedures

1) prenatals for hair 2)go to a consultation appointment and talk about it with a stylist and u will learn sm! DO NOT DO TAPE INS, sew ins>> also the best thing about getting these extensions u can cut ur real hair short / get rid of split ends & damage control and u can also get extensions that have highlights so u don’t have to over highlight ur head besides the crown of it! i think that has made my hair grow sm and way softer, keeping up with extension maintenance and the actual installation weighs the heaviest on if ur hair “will be ruined”

I have the cbm method(sew ins) I’ve had them in since March and get them moved up every 6-8 weeks and I love them I only wash my hair once a week and I’ve had them in since March my hair has grown SO much I also started with like super blonde then I decided to go back to my natural color so my hair grows even faster and gets thicker and it’s been insane I’ll include the pics in the comments I had a few k tips for a week or two and I hated them so much I was like take them out

100% do sew ins! Extensions are honestly good for your hair if installed and cared for correctly!!! Especially because you’re a gym girl I would say sew ins bc it’s less tension points and will probably easiest for you to maintain!!!!

find a stylist who will cater to YOUR HAIR you may need two rows of sew ins along with k tips around your face or one row w a small amount of k tips around your head ! make sure you just do your research and have a good consultation w your stylist

As someone with similar hair texture and blonde, they fully ripped out all my hair don’t recommend. It’s to heavy on fine hair so constantly pulls till it ripen out from the root

I have K tips and sew ins , honestly both have damaged my hair. With both, the person installing them is most important. For both it shouldn’t be crazy tight and close to the root. For k tips the density of the hair applied should be equal to what it’s attached to or it will pull the hair from the root. For the most hair to be added, sew ins is best but can be harder to blend when u want ur hair in a ponytail for sports, k tips is better for me for the gym but I have less hair added than with sew ins. At the end of the day, the person doing it should be most important. Check their reviews and make sure they have photos of people’s hair before and after install. Just bc they r famous online is NOT a quality indicator.

I’ll let you know if they destroy my fine hair or not gf - so far I find them way more comfortable than weft but still not comfortable
