I’m sitting at 215 right now, the most muscle I’ve ever had on my frame, and the strangest part is that I can’t actually feel it happening. If you’d asked me a month ago whether I looked any different, I’d have said no. Day to day, it genuinely feels like nothing is changing. I see myself constantly, so the progress is invisible. Then I go back and look at photos from a year ago, and it’s night and day. Completely different person. That’s the thing people quit over without realizing it. They expect to see change in the mirror week to week, and when they don’t, they assume it isn’t working. So they bail right in the middle of a transformation that was actually happening, just too slowly to notice in real time. But slow doesn’t mean stopped. Over months and years, if you keep showing up and getting a little better, it compounds into something you couldn’t have imagined from where you started. If you don’t believe me, go scroll back to my posts from a year ago. The proof is right there. I didn’t get here in a dramatic leap. I got here one unremarkable day at a time, and so can you. 1:1 coaching with me (link in bio) to level up your physique - @dirkgermon
