Lana Mustafa is a Palestinian American, began on a 50 × 100 ft home lot and has an heirloom okra plant that grows nine feet tall. She started a non-profit called Roots of Resilience (Roots_of_resilience_ ) to support build bridges for American farmers and ones in the West Bank. She needed more land, so she brought them to City Green Farm Eco-Center (@citygreen) where the plants produced more than 9,000 seeds in 2024 with the goal is to send the seeds home. The seeds are provided provided by Palestine Heirloom Seed Library (@paliheirloomseedlibrary) Make sure to support their work and support seed saving farmers.
