The fact it is only on new Xbox consoles, which I don’t have, and pc (which mine is not up to date to run it), I couldn’t buy it. I wholeheartedly think Xbox doesn’t have enough viable exclusives save it. Just make all your stuff multi platform.

this game was not meant to make a profit it was meant to earn them good will with the community so that more ppl will begin to put trust into the company, which i think it did cause its a good game. i have both ps and xbox and i main ps but this game is a good look for xbox. especially knowing they weren’t going to profit

It's wasn't the saviour, but Xbox more than any company needs to start making games cheaper. The original gears series came out in about the same timeframe to make this one game. And this new game didn't even launch feature complete. I think with the way Asha Sharma has fired so many positions, and gave the new fallout to a different company, she understands how bloated the industry is.

I dont think you guys realize how their monetization works. They have Game Pass. You dont ask Netflix how many copies of KPOP Demon Hunters were sold. Which is 0 BTW. You ask their streaming metrics. Of which nobody reporting is even bringing up... Game Pass makes up the majority of people playing Gears.
