This is what is frustrating with fragrance creators. I understand the time constraints, but with certain make up influencers they will try say a foundation on and come back after eight or 12 hours and give you their take on the “wear.” It’s very infrequent that you’ll see fragrance creator spray and then come back say 25 minutes to an hour after the dry down to add the base notes to their video. This fragrance is delicious on the dry down Smokey Vanilla. I would say in the beginning it’s sweet, but it’s not like overly sweet like a true gourmand I.e. Blanco Latte. The dry down is so different than the opening notes and the pH on your skin from you to me is so different that the fragrance may smell on paper. These influencers are just smelling the top notes and are not giving enough due diligence to the fragrance. I’ve smelt perfumes and thought they were great and after the dry down, thought they were horrible and vice versa and as he mentioned, spraying on a piece of paper against skin is so different. Definitely try this at a Sephora store on skin walk away and after 20 minutes see if it’s for you.
