Mexico Grand Prix is notoriously unorganized and chaotic for guests and for the drivers. I’ve always heard it is a disaster. Not one I would spend money on.

I make friend with the f2/f3 drivers and ask if I can join them in the garage. But I also respect if they can’t get me a pass.

Seems this was a bad experience for this race specially :( I’ve never had any problems with F1 experiences and they were always very nice! Definitely worth telling them what went wrong at this race for some reason 🤔

I don’t know if this specifically for Mexico GP, I did in monza last year we did the pitlane walk in a Thursday we saw Liam and Hadjar getting their seat fitted, Charles passed by on his bike and Ollie was the guest speaker and kyllman took my trophy picture, my seat was amazing in front of the pits and close to the podium. Everything was organized.

We did the F1 experiences in Austin and had a similar experience. They tout it as an exclusive experience but there were 1000+ people there and so everything was a long line and some of the staff had no idea what we they were talking about. Would recommend spending your money on better seats and not these experiences!

I did paddock club with haas through f1 experiences and didn't even get the free gift? and entering the paddock club one day a member of security grabbed my arm and yelled at me because she didn't see my badge had been hole punched already. also our track tour guide didn't know straight mode was no longer determined by timing distance.

Back then I did one and they split my experience in half and sold it as two separate experiences after I purchased it so everything I thought I was getting, I only got half and when I emailed them about it they said since i purchased it before then I was going to get everything but then it wasn’t true or upheld when I got to the track even when I talked to them about it

They do not care about you unless you are a very big influencer. Happened many times to me in Miami, I pay a lot of money but the influencers get in for free and get treated so well. Got denied the paddock walk even though my ticket included it, called my rep and she went ghost the whole weekend.

I asked them if I could switch from one ticket to another (that was cheaper) and they told me to f myself. I felt like I was punished for buying ticketing during the presale where people buying tickets last minute got good deals.
