I can’t believe we might only have two weeks left with Lando as the reigning world champion. It genuinely breaks my heart because I feel like we only just started this beautiful chapter. We waited so many years for this moment, watched him go through so much, saw all the heartbreaks, the mistakes, the disappointments, the tears, and the moments when people doubted him. But he never gave up. He kept fighting for that little boy who dreamed of becoming a Formula 1 world champion. And when he finally did it, I thought we’d have so much more time to enjoy seeing him as the reigning champion. I thought we’d get to hear “reigning world champion Lando Norris” for so much longer, see that number 1 on his car, and celebrate every little moment of this era. But somehow, these past 10 months have gone by so incredibly fast. It feels like yesterday that we were crying tears of happiness because he finally achieved his biggest dream, and now we’re already talking about the possibility of saying goodbye to the LN1 era. I’m genuinely not ready for that. I’m not ready to see someone else carrying the number 1. I’m not ready to stop hearing him being introduced as the reigning world champion. And I know that even if he loses that status, he’ll always be a world champion. Nobody can ever take that achievement away from him. His name will forever be written in Formula 1 history. But that doesn’t make it hurt any less. Maybe I’m being too emotional over a sport and someone who doesn’t even know I exist, but watching him achieve his dream meant more to me than I can explain. I wish time could slow down just a little. I wish we could stay in this era a little longer. Because after everything, 10 months just don’t feel like enough. Whatever happens next, I’ll always be so incredibly proud of you, Lando. You made that little boy’s dream come true, and that’s something nobody can ever take away from you. You’ll always be my world champion, with or without the number 1. 🥹🧡💔 @Lando Norris #landonorris #fypシ #lando
