Today's Devotional. ( Read Caption 👇) Hello, dear brothers and sisters in Christ. Today, let's take a moment to reflect on the profound truth found in James 4:10. This verse teaches us about the importance of humility and the amazing promise that comes with it. "Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord." Humility is about recognizing our dependence on God. It’s acknowledging that we need His guidance, His strength, and His grace every day. Humbling ourselves means letting go of pride and self-sufficiency, and instead, seeking God’s will above our own. It’s about putting others before ourselves and serving with a loving heart. "And He will lift you up." What a wonderful promise! When we humble ourselves before God, He promises to lift us up. This doesn’t necessarily mean that we will be elevated in worldly status, but that God will raise us up in His perfect way and time. He will strengthen us, bless us, and guide us according to His divine plan. Today, let’s commit to living with humility. Let’s seek to serve others, listen more, and be quick to admit when we need help. Let’s rely on God’s strength rather than our own, trusting that He will lift us up in His perfect way. As you go through your day, remember to walk in humility. Trust that as you humble yourself before the Lord, He will lift you up and guide you in His perfect way.
