Machismo é um sistema que ensina homens que eles podem tudo e ensina mulheres que elas devem ter medo. É o salário menor pelo mesmo trabalho. É o medo de voltar sozinha pra casa à noite. É ter que provar o tempo todo que você é capaz. É ouvir "você está de TPM?" quando você só está dando sua opinião. Chega. Nós não queremos flores uma vez por ano. Queremos respeito todos os dias. It's getting paid less for the exact same job. It's the fear of walking home alone at night. It's having to prove all the time that you are capable. It's hearing "are you on your period?" when you are just giving your opinion. Enough. We don't want flowers once a year. We want respect every single day. We don't want protection. We want freedom. We don't want to be treated like fragile princesses. We want to be treated as equal human beings. Being against machismo is not being against men. It is being for humanity.
