When I took my daughter trick-or-treating, there were so many houses decorated there were so many kids running around. I felt like I was back in the 90s kids were walking to the streets. There was nobody driving. Everybody was laughing complementing each other’s costumes parents were dressed up.

Michael Myers scared the shit outta my 6 year old this year. He popped out when he went to crab candy. It was so satisfying. Real Halloween is so back!

I took my kiddo around to 3 different neighborhoods, I was ready to go onto a few more so she could get all the candy her little heart could get. she was tired and told me to take her home. I'm a little bummed she didn't want to stay out later. 😆

We just have to start with taking back our world with just one night of whimsy. Give the kids a bit of magic that we felt when we were younger. Start with Halloween and keep it going with the holidays. Let’s give kids holidays and childhood back.

As an elder millennial, I feel Halloween has gone down hill. I remember have a great time as a kids or younger teen at Halloween. Last night we got 35 kids, used to get over 500, and the streets were dead by 7:30 p.m. Kinda sad.
