Ohhh noo!! I’m giving myself a few week break,been on it for 6 months and lost 13kg..I still need to lose max 5kg but I felt I was a bit too obsessed with it 😂

I came off after about 5 to 6 months on. Reached my goal. Was happy. It’s been over a month now and boy the cravings & constant hunger is back in full force. I regret coming off!
