Most jobs just need to go back to hiring for specific shifts-then they can weed out the candidates that dont fit their needs & people can apply for what they are actually available. If they switch up after that, then yes, we have an issue!

I made an availability form, and it was the first thing I did in an interview after introducing myself, was have them fill it out and sign it, with the understanding that there would be no changes unless they were a school student and we discussed it previously
