whoa. waking up every day and keep going IS strong. emotions and grief come and go, its okay. for your 6yo, help them understand how grief comes in waves. helping them understand is way better than hiding it and teaching them to hide thier emotions. be gentle with yourself mama.

Just don’t try to hide the grief from your babies - it will not work. They need to see that your emotions are real so they know it’s ok for them to grieve too! My prayers are with you always.
