I live on 12 acres but only pay taxes on 1 acre as long as I keep livestock on the property. Not a problem. Went and rescued 10 donkeys and 2 cows.

I got a usda home loan in 2019. I recommend it to everyone. 5 bedroom home. Only money down was insurance and inspection. It's an awesome program

we got our USDA loan a few years ago. we ended up having to come up with about $2000 for closing, which still wasn't bad at all for a house note less than 800/month💪

We qualified for a USDA loan because the driveway was dirt until you were near the house. Down payment was $650 on 210k house on 1 acre.

You're forgetting to mention that a person most likely is going to have to jump through 1,000,000 hoops. And don't even try to say they won't because I looked into this yesterday.

its not that easy I just went thru it, it's same as FHA everything has to be perfect unless u get the 1 time construction loan & for that u have to have up to 10% down for the loan
