I wish all my videos of Dahlia could fit into one because there is just so much I want people to see about this girl. 🥺🖤 Dahlia is genuinely one of the most amazing dogs I’ve met. She’s so loving, affectionate, and gentle. She walks beautifully on leash, does great in the car, loves pup cups, treats, (especially liquid based) and is an absolute cuddle beast. She just wants to be wherever her people are. One of my absolute favorite things about Dahlia is how she constantly tries to give me kisses. She gets so excited trying to reach my face that sometimes she misses, and her little jaw makes snap noises. It's the cutest thing ever. One time she actually got me, and it just felt like a warm little kiss. 🥹 It's these tiny moments that make me love this girl so much. I don’t know what her past looks like or what she’s endured, but the scars across her body and the tear in her ear make me wonder. Despite everything, she still trusts with her whole heart and gives so much love. 💔 The shelter recommends an adult-only home, ideally as the only dog. However, they noted She can go to a home with other calm, respectful dogs, but slow, thoughtful introductions are important. She’s just timid and doesn’t enjoy rushed interactions. I just want her to experience the comfort of a home, a family who loves her, and a life where she finally feels safe. Please don’t let this be the end of Dahlia’s story.
