Ordered DD once and the driver gave me the wrong order. My kids were hungry so I was like whatever and let them eat. The driver came back about 10 mins later asking for the food back. I told them my kids already ate it because they were hungry and they took too long in the first place. I ended up getting a refund too.

DoorDash would be getting a full report. You paid for food, she or the restaurant messed up but y’all had a product that could be consumed and was delivered so … what else are you gonna do? I’ve never had a dasher come back and return to a store and then correct the delivery problem.

She’s more upset because it’s going to come out of her pay. I literally had this happen last week where I ordered a burrito bowl and one drink ended up getting two extra drinks and two extra meals. I contacted the driver and I was like hey I think you delivered someone else’s order to my house because my food in my bag had my name on it and the other two bags had nothing on it they were like no the store said that this was your order. I even contact the DoorDash cage, just in case somebody says they never got their food. I have extra orders, they said at this point once it’s in your house they can’t take it back anyway, so it’s just free at this point. Obviously my situation the Dasher just said no they said it was yours. There’s nothing she could do. She didn’t come back to get anything. She just say it’s free too.
