How do you freeze it? Do you turn it into little rolled balls or just leave it in a bag loose hanging very curious I tried making pasta for the first time, but I didn’t have the roller attachment and it ended up being way too thick for my liking.

The hanger is genius. I’ve never thought of that. So many people today don’t understand that by keeping the basics on hand (flour,sugar, eggs, yeast, oil, salt, vanilla) you can make so many things. And none of them are all that difficult.

I think a lot of people think that making things from scratch is way more work than it actually is. The longest part is when you have to let doughs rise or rest. The rest is actually pretty quick. I never set myself a New Year’s resolution but maybe a challenge. Last year I wanted to try one new thing each week from scratch. Did I do that every week? No. But I did learn how to make quite a few things from scratch and now I don’t buy them as they taste better as well!

That Attachment is the best thing ever, wow it really does make pasta making look so much easier. I had a standard one and it killed my back and soon got donated to goodwill
