I make and put chopped bell peppers and tobacco sauce in mine also . I use ground sausage. Freezer good.

I used to make tons of these at a time and then freeze them so my kids could just pop them in the microwave and then toast bread/ bagel/English muffin and have a hot breakfast sandwich before school. They are good if your kids like a little bit of veggie too. if you've got some leftover chopped up onions or green peppers. sometimes I put a little bit of spinach or broccoli etc. they're so good

Random but it worked for us, we hung white string lights in our coop and had them on a timer. It helped up the production for us 🤷♀️🤷♀️
