I was on ep 34 when I found out the hero would die, so I watched till ep 39, where the leads reunite, and stopped there. I couldn't bring myself to watch ep 40. 💔 Seriously, they barely gave us any reunion scenes but kept separating them every other episode, and then they killed the hero too! 😭 ok The drama is called The Lament of Autumn, but do they have to take away our peace too? 😂💔 I made my own happy ending at ep 39, and that's where their story ends for me! ❤️🥹

I was expecting for a happy ending since changxuan and pingjun finally reunited as a family but this war happened again and now all the hopes I have just vanished completely. I must say final episode literally breaks my heart than the other episodes who also have sad scene but this one hits different. A lot of people die in this war, and even changxuan friend died together. I cannot accept this, because I trusted this drama from the very start but it betrayed me. I was hoping that this is not actually the final episode, I hope they upload an special episode where changxuan is still alive with his friends please 😭😭😭
