The real reason is YOU are paying to keep Tesla vehicles cheap to charge. Several Tesla drivers have told me recently it only costs $10 to charge at these Tesla chargers. You are paying more so EV charges stay low. Just think how much more energy is needed to power a car for a whole month? But these drivers aren't paying thousands a month.

AZ resident here. Its SIGNIFICANTLY hotter here during the summer than there. My bill is $500 during summer with AC running at 77 during PEAK hours. Its was 100 degrees until about 3 weeks ago. Still not $2000. Y'all getting played.
