Let's get something straight. This was a ticketed Somali Muslim community event, and the violence erupted INSIDE the venue, among people attending the event! Attendees were running in panic, glass was breaking, and people feared there had been a shooting. Sheriff Bob Fletcher even raised concerns about possible gang involvement. This was supposed to be a celebration of community, culture, and Muslim-owned businesses. Instead, a handful of individuals turned it into absolute chaos. Where is the accountability? Where is the outrage over the people who terrorized families attending their own community gathering? Stop making excuses for violent behavior. If gang members were involved, identify them, investigate them, and prosecute any crimes committed. Nobody gets a free pass because of their ethnicity, religion, or community affiliation.
