An Arizona woman says she was let go from a new job at Chick-fil-A on her very first day after a video allegedly showing her making anti-White comments resurfaced online. According to a TikTok creator who claims she drove the woman after the incident, the woman said a manager pulled her aside shortly after she arrived and referenced company values and standards of conduct. The woman claimed the manager showed her a social media video and explained that the comments in the clip did not align with the company’s expectations for employees. The woman alleged she was then asked to turn in her uniform and was terminated. The claims have not been independently verified, and neither the alleged firing nor the contents of the reported video have been confirmed. The story quickly sparked debate online, with many commenters arguing that social media posts can carry real-world consequences. Others used the discussion to highlight broader concerns about prejudice and the impact of discriminatory remarks, regardless of who they target. What do you think? Should employers consider an employee’s social media activity when making hiring decisions?#fyp #viral

A tragic murder-suicide in Berkeley Township, New Jersey, left four people dead after a man allegedly killed his in-laws and chased down his estranged partner before taking his own life. Authorities identified the victims as Allan Russell, 61, Michelle Russell, 60, and their daughter Deonna Stewart, 38. The suspected gunman, 37-year-old Vaughn Stewart, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, according to the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office. Police were called to the home around 5 a.m. Tuesday after reports of gunfire. When officers arrived, they saw a man enter the residence before hearing additional shots. Inside, they discovered Allan and Michelle Russell dead from apparent gunshot wounds. Three young children were inside the home at the time but were not physically harmed. While investigating the scene, officers found multiple shell casings outside and soon discovered Deonna Stewart’s body about 50 yards away from the home. Investigators say Vaughn Stewart first shot his in-laws inside the residence, then chased Deonna down the street as she tried to escape and fatally shot her. He later returned to the home, where officers found him suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was transported to a hospital but later died. Authorities said the couple shared three children — an infant, a 3-year-old, and a 5-year-old — and had been living separately. Deonna had been staying at the home with her parents and the children. Neighbors described Allan and Michelle Russell as kind and hardworking people who worked in the medical field. Police have not yet released a possible motive for the shooting.#fyp #viral
