As a mom who raised babies with a FIFO husband this must come in handy lol my ex was gone 28 days and home 14. When he left I filled a jar with 28 Hershey kisses and every day they each got a “daddy kiss” when their jars were empty they knew it was airport day. They’re 16 and 13 now. My son is always mysteriously sick on airport pick up days because he wants to go get his dad.

I’m an identical twin. Our kids had mixed feelings. My one daughter didn’t talk to my twin until she was 5 years old. I wasn’t with them and they were 5 hours into a 10 hour drive. Her son screamed if I even thought about looking at him for the first two years of his life. 😂
