🚨 THE MANAGER DEFINITELY FAFO! 😳🤯 A customer paid for her TO-GO order AND an additional $10 to sit inside and eat. She fixed her plate, sat down, ate her food, and NEVER went back to the steam tables. So why did things escalate the way they did?! When the customer finished eating, she attempted to leave with the remaining food she had already paid for. That’s when the manager allegedly SNATCHED her plate right out of her hands, sending food everywhere — even hitting the customer! 😳 BUT THAT’S NOT ALL… The customer was also looking for her personal belongings — a bag she had brought into the establishment. According to what happened, the manager instructed the waitress to throw the bag away, seemingly preventing the customer from leaving with her own property. I asked the waitress for the bag, and she handed it over without hesitation. I then gave it to another customer, who took it outside to the woman. Now let’s be clear: CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD NEVER TURN INTO THIS!
