If you’ve been getting free feed for 45 years and still aren’t pulling a profit then Jack Daniel’s ain’t the one to blame here.

This is what happens when you give things for free. You create dependence.

He hadn’t supported that company the company had supported him. The Distillery is now getting Paid for what they have given away for Free and I don’t Blame them. The Farmers could Buy the leftover Grain.

So you’re saying that you can’t run a business without free handouts, you shouldn’t own a business then

So they gave years notice and it was not taken seriously? Why is this even talked about? Jack Daniel’s is a company and found another way to help renewable energy and fertilizer so it still benefits farmers. Just not free feed.

So, a business that relied on one thing, then had amply time to fix a broken business model. How's that Jack Daniel's fault?

Farmers were told years in advance that the mash program would stop! We have raised cattle for over 60 years and never fed any mash! Farmers were running feed lots near Moore county and since the end of the mash program the creeks are clear and the smell is gone!
