@abdimarihotmarbun: November 1st - Saint of the Day: Saint Benignus of Dijon, Missionary Priest & Martyr They locked him in a cell with 12 starving dogs. Not one of them touched him. Meet Saint Benignus of Dijon, the missionary priest Rome tried to erase. Tortured. Killed with an iron bar. Buried. Forgotten. Even the Christians of his own city lost his story. Then a bishop tried to SHUT DOWN the prayers at an "unknown pagan tomb"... and the martyr himself showed up in a vision to set the record straight. Today a massive cathedral stands on top of that grave. His statue even watches over St. Peter's Square in Rome. God never forgets His faithful ones. Not then. Not you.
