True, Court can attach a property or claim funds from the accused / defendant's account and clears a 3rd party. its called a gurnshee order. ..so always settle matters with parties early before court places orders

People are now using the trick of court orders to steal other's property. It's even done in land. I'm told a court order can underlook a land title aswell. This is a crooky system 🥺!!
